NOTICE:

We would rate this 5th wheel as an 8 on a scale of 10.  There are no odors!  We will demonstrate that all major appliances are in working order.  This 5th wheel qualifies for the optional extended warranty insurance good nationwide!  This 5th wheel was just washed, clean and detailed.  The visual defects we've noticed are several hairline cracks in three kitchen tiles. (There are about six new pieces of tile in a drawer that could be used to perfect the tile).  We have notice two hairline cracks on the edging of the Corian stove top (A qualified home countertop installer should be able to perfect this).  We've noticed some "spider web" cracking on the edge of the rear bumper near the ladder and on the front overhang corner of the 5th wheel (Cosmetic defect- could be refinished by any auto body shop).
